Terms and conditions

Here are listed the terms and the conditions that regulate the applications of the Customers, except for how much otherwise suitable and/or arranged in phase of real booking. The Direction, however,reserves itself the right to modify the conditions for new applications without warning.

Way of booking

• The enquiry of availability is not binding and doesn't assume form of contract for none of the subjects.
• In case of real availability a communication will be sent to the Customer, where it will be recapitulated the conditions for the requested stay (dates of stay and relative amounts) to confirm within 48 hours. If the confirmation doesn't respect the normal terms, it will be cancelled.
• The booking will be confirmed by a deposit or with credit card details..

Booking confirmation by paying a deposit

The booking will be confirmed only with the arrival of the deposit, that has to be sent not later than 3 days after the booking.

Terms of payment of the deposit and relative penalties:

• Formality of payment accepted: Bank transfer, Postal order
• Demanded amount: 2 night/s
• Expiration for the payment of the deposit: 3 day/s
• Terms of cancellation (in respect to the date of arrival): 20 day/s
• Penalty in case of late cancellation or missed stay: 100% of the deposit paid

In case of cancellation of the booking from the Customer the payed deposit won't be returned.

Confirmation of the booking with credit card

Any amount will be withdrawn in advance and the stay will be settled on the leaving day, except in case it will be necessary to apply penalties for late cancellation or missed stay.

Terms of communication of the data of the credit card and relative penalties:

• Expiration for the communication of the data of credit card: 3 day/s
• Terms of cancellation (in respect to the date of arrival): 20 day/s
• Penalty in case of late cancellation or missed stay: 2 night/s

Other information for the booking

• The Direction reserves itself the right to ask for an anticipated payment of the stay at the arrival of the Customer or weekly payments.
• In case of anticipated departure the Direction reserves itself the right to ask for the whole amount of the booked stay.
• If not agreed on otherwise, the booking is regulated by the "Decree C. C. I. A. A. n. 364 of 11/10/1976" of the Province of Lucca ("Uses in the Hotel sector")
